Product development (formulation), manufacturing, packaging, labeling, regulatory (PIF or Product Dossier, Safety Assessment, notification in the CPNP). We accompany you throughout the development process.
First of all we need to know your needs: type of product, units per product to be manufactured, format, type of container and packaging, if you take care of the packaging design or we do it, if you have any special requirements in terms of ingredients, etc.
Once your needs are known, we prepare an estimated budget without commitment, in which the expenses associated with each product or project itself and each product unit are broken down.
If the estimated budget fits you, we will send you a firm budget, with the acceptance of which we will begin to work with your prototypes. For each product (or better called, project) you are sent, depending on the type of product, several prototypes for your choice. In the same way, samples of the selected packages will be sent to you. If it doesn’t fit you or you want to make or add some variation, we could send you a second proposal.
Once the prototype has been chosen, the preliminary analysis phase necessary to bring the product to the market begins. The types of analysis may vary depending on the type of product in question. The most relevant studies are: Challenge test or preservative efficacy study, 3M Stability Study and Packaging compatibility study. All these studies guarantee the stability and safety of the product under normal conditions of use. To carry out these analyzes it takes about 4 months.
Once the preliminary analyzes are started and during their development, work begins on the Product Dossier -PIF- (Safety File and Safety Assessment of the Cosmetic Product).
Parallel to the preparation of the Product File, the designers, be they yours or ours, are in charge of developing their proposals for the packaging (labels or serigraphy and boxes, if applicable).
Once the results of the analyzes are known, the results of the same are transmitted to you and the production planning phase begins, prior to which the notification of the product is carried out on the European portal.
The production phase begins: manufacturing, packaging and conditioning. If the batches manufactured meet the technical specifications and the necessary controls, they are released and the products are shipped.
